1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 7tbet platform at 7tbet.club ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&C"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These T&C apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders and visitors who browse without registering. 7tbet reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the 7tbet Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions before opening an account or placing any wager:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 7tbet does not permit persons under 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and accessing the Platform from within Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are acting under legal guardianship may not register.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 7tbet or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from 7tbet or had your account suspended or terminated by 7tbet for any reason, unless 7tbet has formally reinstated your account in writing.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full functionality of 7tbet, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password. 7tbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on 7tbet. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and all related balances being voided. You must notify 7tbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• You must provide your genuine full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number during registration. Fictitious, borrowed, or third-party details are not permitted.
• You agree to keep your account information up to date. Notify 7tbet promptly if your mobile number or any other registered information changes.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Allowing another person to access your account, place bets, or make deposits or withdrawals on your behalf is a breach of these T&C.
• 7tbet reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested may be suspended and withdrawals withheld until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

7tbet accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) internet banking, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for mobile wallet methods and may vary for card or bank transfer methods. All deposits are credited to your 7tbet account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same wallet, same account number). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before processing a first withdrawal, 7tbet is required to complete KYC verification of the account holder. Withdrawals are typically processed within one to twenty-four hours of a verified request, though processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or public holidays in Bangladesh.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source where possible, less any transaction fees incurred.
• 7tbet does not charge internal fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside 7tbet's control.
• Accounts that show patterns consistent with money laundering, structuring, or other financial crimes will be reported to the appropriate authorities, all funds will be frozen, and the account will be permanently closed.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if the account's active wagering requirement from a bonus has not yet been fully met. Bonus-linked funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated rollover is complete.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

7tbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, bonus expiry dates, and wagering requirements.

The wagering requirement (rollover) for each bonus is clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise specified, the standard welcome bonus wagering requirement must be completed within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to the account. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stated period will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from bonus funds being forfeited.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in the bonus being cancelled and may lead to account suspension.
• 7tbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to an account prior to any modification will continue to be subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Bonus funds must be used in accordance with the eligible games listed in the promotion. Using bonus funds on games not listed as eligible may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 7tbet does not permit bonus stacking (applying more than one active bonus to the same deposit) unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms. Where a player has multiple active bonuses, the oldest bonus will be applied first.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the 7tbet Platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these T&C and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other time while using the Platform.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.
• Using the 7tbet Platform for any money laundering activity, to process the proceeds of crime, or to conduct any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software, systems, or data without express written authorisation from 7tbet.

7. Responsible Gaming

7tbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment purposes only. 7tbet does not encourage players to treat online gaming as a source of income, and we do not market our services to individuals who have self-excluded or who have indicated a vulnerability to problem gambling.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 7tbet account holders and can be activated at any time by contacting support via live chat or email:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your 7tbet account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. When the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Cool-off period: take a short break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which your account will be inaccessible for gaming. Deposits, bets, and bonus claims will be blocked for the duration.
• Self-exclusion: permanently close your account and request that 7tbet not reopen it. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months. During exclusion, all marketing communications from 7tbet will cease immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7tbet Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of 7tbet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, website, or medium without the prior written consent of 7tbet.

The 7tbet name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 7tbet. Nothing in these T&C shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any licence or right to use any trademark displayed on the Platform without the express written permission of 7tbet. Any unauthorised use of 7tbet trademarks is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7tbet, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if 7tbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7tbet's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these T&C or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 7tbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if 7tbet has been advised of the possibility of such liability.

10. Amendments to These Terms

7tbet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these T&C at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Where 7tbet considers an amendment to be material — such as a change to withdrawal processing times, bonus wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — 7tbet will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the email address or mobile number registered to your account. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter your rights) take effect immediately upon posting.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through 7tbet's customer support process should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. 7tbet will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and will endeavour to provide a final resolution within thirty (30) days.
